How we use information

Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. K12 Sales does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
Service providers
We use service providers to host the website, process payments, store order records, and send transactional email. They process information as necessary to provide those services.
Research instructions
Information you provide about your company, competitors, sales targets, and exclusions is used to perform your report. Please provide only information you are authorized to share.
Retention and requests
We retain order information as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. You may contact us to request access to or correction of personal information associated with an order.
