Service

K12 Sales provides one-time research services for companies selling, or preparing to sell, into the U.S. K-12 market. The Competitive Displacement Report covers one K-12 product or category in one U.S. state and, unless otherwise agreed, contains five primary district opportunities. The Founder Market Entry Report researches the market around one K-12 product and provides practical recommendations for entering that market. Unless otherwise stated on the order page, reports are delivered within five business days after payment and receipt of sufficient research instructions.

Public-source limitations

K12 Sales relies primarily on publicly accessible information. Public records can be incomplete, delayed, inconsistent, or differently scoped across districts. We do not guarantee that every requested data point will be available for every account or product category.

Commercial decisions

Reports are provided for sales research, market-entry planning, and account-planning purposes. They do not guarantee a procurement opportunity, contract award, savings amount, renewal date, market size, competitor action, or future district behavior. Customers are responsible for verifying information before relying on it in a proposal, contract, investment decision, or other material business decision.

Refunds

If we determine after purchase that the requested market cannot reasonably support the promised scope, we may ask to adjust the scope or issue a refund. Requests to cancel before research begins may also be refunded. Once substantive research has begun, completed research work is generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Customer instructions

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and research information and for having authority to share any non-public information you submit to us.

Intellectual property

You may use a purchased report internally for your company's sales and business-development activities. K12 Sales retains ownership of its report format, research methods, software, and general know-how. Public-source material remains subject to its original rights and terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, K12 Sales is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of a report. Our aggregate liability for a purchased report will not exceed the amount paid for that report.
